Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite fruits to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete your payment securely through Razorpay.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Depending on our website functionality, you may be able to place an order as a guest or create an account for a faster checkout experience and easier order tracking.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before your order has been prepared or dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Currently, Tokriii delivers across selected areas of Delhi. We are working to expand our delivery network to more cities.
When will my order be delivered?
Place your order before 12:00 Midnight and we'll aim to deliver it before 7:00 AM the next morning, subject to service availability.
Can I choose my delivery time?
At present, deliveries are made according to our scheduled delivery routes. Specific delivery time slots are not currently available.
Products
Why do fruits sometimes look different from the website images?
Fruits are natural products. Their size, colour, shape, and appearance may vary depending on the season, origin, and harvest conditions. These natural variations do not affect quality or freshness.
How do you ensure freshness?
Our team carefully selects, inspects, and packs fruits shortly before dispatch to ensure they reach you in the freshest possible condition.
Are your fruits imported?
We offer both Indian and imported premium fruits depending on seasonal availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, including:

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Tokriii accepts Cash on Delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return fresh fruits?
Since fruits are perishable, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact our Customer Support team within the time specified in our Returns & Refund Policy and provide your Order ID along with clear photographs of the issue.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Account & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Tokriii does not store your card details, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We value your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
