As fruits are natural agricultural products, variations in size, weight, colour, appearance, sweetness, texture, and taste are normal and do not constitute product defects.
5. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to seasonal supply and stock levels.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:
- Offer a suitable replacement with your consent.
- Issue a partial or full refund for the unavailable item.
- Cancel the affected item from the order.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on Tokriii are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

An order placed on Tokriii constitutes an offer to purchase products.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from Tokriii.

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
9. Delivery
Tokriii currently delivers within selected areas of Delhi.
Our standard delivery commitment is:
Place your order before 12:00 Midnight to receive your order before 7:00 AM the next morning, subject to service availability and operational conditions.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
11. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
Eligible cases include:
- Damaged products
- Rotten or spoiled fruits upon delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing products
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval.
